Why Scott?

He is responsible for developing the strategy and key programs to deliver outstanding performance in Johnson & Johnson’s customer experience. He has accountability for Global Customer Service strategy, Supply Chain Customer Collaboration models, and e-capability solutions, working closely with stakeholders in the Commercial and Supply Chain organizations.  He sits on the Global DELIVER Leadership team.
