Dr. Greco has been in health care for over 30 years and is currently Medical Director for Patient Experience at Nemours Children's Health System and an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Mayo College of Medicine.  Nemours is a not-for-profit pediatric health system that includes free-standing children’s hospitals, primary care centers, urgent care centers, and pediatric subspecialty care centers across several states.   Dr. Greco is a well-known researcher in the area of patient experience and lectures nationally on patient experience best practices. Her professional career has been enriched by her three children, two of whom thrive while living with chronic illness.
