His background in service design makes Dre a sought-after design integrator and a systems thinker who helps organizations reinvent their future, evolve their portfolios of products and services, and embrace change. He thrives in a collaborative workshop setting, driving innovative solutions and executive alignment across senior stakeholder groups, while connecting ideas to insights and human needs. He is a champion for product-centric view of design as a discipline, with business and customer impact as key drivers of change.

He lives with his wife Kelli and their daughter Hanna in the sunny South Bay, a suburb of Los Angeles.
