Why Elizabeth?

Elizabeth works at the intersection of product strategy, human centered design, and behavioral design. She builds and leads teams that kick-ass at understanding customers, discovering future opportunities, experimenting to determine what works, and designing service and business models that customers love and leaders can't wait to implement. The day to day reality isn't easy or glamorous, but it is profoundly worthwhile.

Currently, Elizabeth leads an enterprise team called Strategic Design at Wells Fargo. They work as an internal professional services organization and take on complex problems for different businesses across the company. Their ultimate approach brings together business perspective and human-centered design.
