With an extensive history of reimagining and creating new experiences enabled by technology and systems thinking, Peter Czimback is challenging the digital future in the hospitality industry for Aramark. Peter recently created a new organization, Emerge, which is a small group of experts focused on designing and redesigning the hospitality landscape to co-creation, connecting new and proven technologies to the customer journey and removing the bias of legacy thinking. Peter’s experience extends from creating new markets through digital, reducing the feedback loop of data, using computer vison and AI models from other industries to hospitality and building a digital maturity towards brand affinity. Emerge focuses on its close partnerships Apple, Google, Microsoft and a host of Silicon Valley’s unique start-ups. Peter has presented his work and vision at events across the globe and advises several tech start up companies.
