Why Design Thinking Austin 2020?
Jessica: We are at a wonderful time in our careers where we, as creative professionals, are being asked to help break down silos, challenge assumptions, and define people-focused products and solutions. I am excited to have the opportunity to share my own successes and failures with other professionals as they learn how to discover pain points and reduce the friction that people face in their day to day interactions.
Jessica: When I'm not picking apart experiences, I enjoy cheese making, cooking, Sonoma wines, and spending time with my family.
