Ryan has 20+ years of personal growth at a Fortune 10 company in roles spanning global operations, product & engineering; large technology integrations & systems implementations; executive communications and chief of staff functions; strategic planning & execution; employee & user experience; customer experience & customer success; modern customer centric problem solving; CPA & financial planning; business case development; large scale cloud implementations; external consulting and public auditing; and client relationship management.
Ryan's extensive experience demonstrates many different disciplines (or tools in his toolkit) that he can use to understand, solution and solve any business problem. Over the last several years he has worked directly with Product, Operations, Engineering and Technologists. Most recently, they stood up a "start up" transformation office in AT&T Business. He worked to shift a 140 year old organization into an organization that is adept at adapting. With the systematic structures and the cultural mindsets we influenced, this work was able to deliver transformation change at scale, across the Globe.
