Jeff brings more than 25+ years of experience to McKinsey Design. As design partner, his strength lies in shaping design vision and product strategy across industries. As a key focus of his design philosophy, he is driven to explore and uncover opportunities for clients to create strong connections with their customers through compelling and innovative product solutions that surprise and delight. He is passionate about infusing the highest design ideals and ensuring design quality throughout all aspects of the product development process.
Jeff has received numerous awards for his work, including IDSA’s International Design Excellence Awards, the Chicago Athenaeum’s Good Design Award, Red Dot Best of the Best, and an iF Hannover award for projects like the Phillips Velo Hand held PC and Nova Cruz eX3 Electric Scooter. He contributed also to the Hewlett-Packard Pavilion Home PC, which won Best Overall Winner in Appliance Manufacturer Magazine’s Excellence in Design Competition. Jeff was honored as an IDSA Design CATALYST award winner for the Oral-B Cross Action toothbrush. The CATALYST award is given to products that have exemplified how design can be leveraged to generate revenue or to positively address the social challenges of today.
