As Executive Creative Director at Monigle, the largest independently-owned Branding Firm in North America, Sean is responsible for the overall creative vision, and execution of that vision across all manner of Design. Over the last 3 years, Sean took a step back from advertising and the leap forward into branding. Sean and his team of 35 creatives split between offices in Denver and NYC have branded and re-branded global and national Fortune 100 companies.
Sean brings 25 years of shaping some of the world’s most iconic brands and consumer experiences for his clients including Coca-Cola, Gillette, MillerCoors, P&G, Pernod Ricard and Burger King with Agencies such as Integer/TBWA, Leo Burnett, Arc Worldwide, Commonground, and Monigle.
His creative leadership and client work have led to dozens of industry awards including Gold, Silver, Yellow, Grand Prix or Best in Show at almost every major advertising and design competition. Most recently numerous awards in the prestigious 2019 Branding Transform Awards in NYC and the Global Rebrand 100.
Sean’s passion is in growing talented designers and inspired teams. As an Executive Creative Director at Monigle, Sean leads a team of talented creatives who create design solutions across all types of physical and digital brand experiences. His experience-driven design view bridges nicely with his attention to high-design and strategic brand communication.
Sean is based in Denver, Colorado with his wife Tracy (who is also an advertising and brand strategist). Together they are raising their 2 daughters and tiny art directors Siena and Serafina. They also have a fur-baby Penny Lane, a rescue Australian Cattle dog who was originally supposed to be a turtle.
