I joined Pivotal Labs in 2015 as the Director of Product Design for New York where I hired and supported a team of world-class product designers. I'm a designer by trade, it's how I see the world. But it's all about shipping software, and shipping software is a team sport. How we work together is as important as what we chose to work on. You need to work across all disciplines, and at all levels of the org chart, to ship great products in new ways.
