This event was a highly concentrated group of emerging Service Design and Customer Experience Leaders. The intimate event fostered closer collaboration, and conversation where most big conferences miss out. I definitely recommend this event to those looking to have a hands on, close encounter with savvy minds and passionate practitioners.
