Kristin leads Ogilvy’s data strategy team, a group dedicated to
leveraging data throughout the design process to inform decision making and
ensure that our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes for clients. She
believes that data is critical to the design process and is passionate about
bringing the two together to deliver more effective and measurable outcomes.
Under Kristin’s leadership, the team empowers clients to use data as a tool for
informing, transforming, and modernizing their business strategies.
Kristin has more than eight years of experience leading analytics
teams and spearheading data-driven approaches to design. Before joining Ogilvy,
she served several roles at BrightLine, most recently as Senior Director of
Analytics and Business Intelligence, a position in which she developed and
managed the company standard for digital measurement offerings and data-driven
product design. Kristin’s career has also included partnering with clients such
as Unilever, Kellogg’s, L’Oréal, General Motors, PwC, Transamerica, and
American Express.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and international
relations from Boston University. She uses her education and career path to
bring accountability to our design work by leveraging data to measure the
effect of the user experience on business outcomes. When she’s not crunching
data, Kristin loves to travel, experience new cultures, and advocate for her
dog and pit bulls everywhere
