
Stephanie Crase Moritz
Stephanie Moritz is Chief Customer Innovation Officer of the American Dental Association and is a leader of customer design, innovation, the Direct to Dentist customer group and D2D portfolio of programs, products and services. She is responsible for design thinking, innovation and customer co-creation that addresses the biggest pain points and unmet needs of dentists, dental teams and the dental industry. Ms. Moritz and her team are responsible for creating value streams that result in revenue, market share and engagement growth, and she continues to serve as both CMO and CCO.
Most recently, Ms. Moritz was Senior Director, ConAgra Foods, and was responsible for leading and transforming public relations, social media, content marketing, and community management for ConAgra’s Consumer Foods brands, such as Slim Jim, Chef Boyardee and Healthy Choice. Ms. Moritz is an advocate for collaborative and integrated approaches, content marketing, digital and social media and shaped ConAgra’s enterprise-wide social media strategy, customer care, content marketing, multi-brand public relations, spokesperson platform, first-response consumer findings approach and a real-time content marketing news room. Ms. Moritz was recognized as PRNews Top Women in Healthcare, PRNews Top Women in PR; Golden Bridge Awards Gold Category Winner: Female Professional of the Year and Marketing Executive of the Year; Media Post’s Online Marketing All Stars and one of PR Week’s “40 Under 40.” The ADA Team has been recognized for its leadership during COVID-19, winning the Silver Steve Award from American Business Awards, Golden Trumpet from the Publicity Club of Chicago, and an Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America.
Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, she held leadership positions in The Hershey Company, Jim Beam Brands, EBS/Porter Novelli Convergence Group, Illinois House of Representatives and Walt Disney Attractions, Inc.
