Service Design at Mad*Pow, Jen Briselli leverages experience strategy and
design thinking to create innovative experiences and compelling digital
solutions that are good for people and good for business. She has an insatiable
curiosity and passion for empowerment through design and considers herself an
enabler rather than a problem solver because her design philosophy focuses less
on solving people’s problems for them, and more about building the tools,
services, and experiences that enable people to solve their own problems—and
improve their own lives. Jen has worked with a variety of organizations to
further this mission, including the development of transformational experience
strategies with Mad*Pow’s clients.
