UX Director Google

Alley recently joined the Geo organization as User Experience Director for Geo for Everyone, whose mission is to leverage Geo’s understanding of the real world to drive social and environmental impact at scale.

Prior to joining Geo, Alley led UX teams in Apps focused on delivering the tools and resources needed for G Suite customers to have effective, productive meetings. Her global team was responsible for products including Calendar, Meet, Voice, and Jamboard. Before Apps, she led user experience for Shopping in the Ads organization and oversaw the launch of Product Listing Ads and Google Shopping Express.

Before joining Google nearly eight years ago, Alley held leadership roles at Amazon in the Retail Core Experience and Enterprise Solutions teams. She and her husband live in Seattle where they attend many concerts and she volunteers as a photographer for innovative non-profit radio station KEXP.
