Why David? 

David Grout is a design principal at Gary Lee Partners, a boutique interior design practice that excels in commercial interiors. He has partnered with some of the world’s leading financial and professional services firms as well as creative agencies, hospitality brands and healthcare providers. David is a member of the Commercial Interior Design Association, IIDA. His award-winning portfolio has been recognized by the AIA Design Excellence Awards, Best of Neocon Awards, Hospitality Design Awards, ASID Recognizing Exemplary Design Awards, and many more.

Gary Lee Partners celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018, which coincided with a new office location designed by the team. Through the Site Tour, David Grout will share with guests which design fundamentals hold up amid the sea of change and which trends have legs. He will introduce the core concepts used to design modern, branded workplaces that honor timeless materials and methods while being innovative.
